My two boys have always shared a bedroom in our two up two down semi detached, however we are moving to a new three bed roomed house, still in the area, just a bigger property. The boys have bunk beds at the moment, but I feel because they will be having a room each rather then just separating the bunk beds it would be nice for the boys to have new beds, besides the kids beds are old and not in the best condition.
